Changed download link to .zip extension to help older browser who dont check the Content-type header work out that its a zip file
Fixed bug in dealer email code where the software was being set to the logged in user instead of the customer

Added missing session initialisation statement to several pages which was stopping the menu bar from detecting if you were logged in (and thus hiding the download link)

Bug fix: when tranferring a voucher to a user who already had a demo or full copy in their account the original userid was not being updated to the dealer who sold the voucher
Changed the header again to add seperate purchase and download links

Fixed bug on sending email page which caused a PHP error. Also updated code to match https download with the new back end encryption code.

New coded added to provide a text file based on the compatibility database. This can be loaded into Aemulor/Pro to update the application settings list dynamically. New field added to database to record the applications directory name.

LATEST_VERSION constant removed and replaced by database looked for the particular version, allowing different latest versions
New "no emails" option on the registration page and edit details page to opt out of site announcements per EU privacy laws
Email code on announcements page updated to check above flag
Subject can now be set for site announcements
New categories added for sending emails (pro users, pro beta/demo users)
