With Aemulor set to run all 26-bit code automatically, it was interfering with 32-bit applications that RMRun a module which has a 'start' entry and isn't being passed any command parameters. The module was being initialised but not entered.

This was breaking 32-bit versions of StrongHelp, Director and Reporter, and probably a handful of other applications.
